In one 30-minute call, we run the first phase of our method — Listen — on your business: how it actually runs, department by department, no assumptions, no templates.
This isn't a sales pitch dressed up as a consultation. We tell you honestly where AI would help and where it wouldn't, including if the honest answer is "not yet." If there's a fit, we'll propose next steps — typically a scoped workflow integration. If there isn't, you walk away with a clearer picture of your own operations at no cost.

On the call itself: you talk, and we listen — the manual work, the bottlenecks, the parts of your business that don't scale. Then we map the leverage, naming the two or three places where AI creates real gain for a business like yours. Finally, you decide: if there's a fit, we propose next steps; if there isn't, we say so.
How it works
The readiness call is step one of Avos Lab's six-step method: Listen, Map, Match, Integrate, Baseline, Re-evaluate. This call covers Listen, and often starts Map: we chart your current systems, data flows, and bottlenecks into a single picture that shows exactly where AI creates leverage and where it would just add noise.
Nothing gets touched during the call. If you move forward afterward, later phases — Match, Integrate, Baseline, Re-evaluate — are scoped and quoted separately, most often as a fixed-price workflow integration.
